Sri Lanka were held to 89 for four in 15.2 overs.
Afy Fletcher took four for 23.
Chasing a revised target of 99 in 15 overs, the Windies Women posted 99 for four in 14.1 overs to win by six wickets under the DLS method.
Hayley Matthews topscored with 29 and Stafanie Taylor was unbeaten on 28.
