Approximately thirty-five bodybuilding and fitness judges, along with twenty-seven athletes participated in a two-day workshop over the weekend, held at the B.F.A headquarters in Wildey.
Hailing from seven countries, Aruba, Columbia, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela and hosts Barbados, the seminars were split into two.
On Saturday the focus was on refreshing and shaping judges for competition, while Sunday was for updating athletes on the strategies of the sport.
In his remarks, Director of Sports at the National Sports Council, Neil Murrell, told the attendees that such workshops are vital.
