Flood Watch discontinued

The Flood Watch for Barbados has been discontinued effective immediately.

The Barbados Meteorological Services (BMS) says conditions have improved across the island throughout the day with rainfall accumulations across the island remaining below 5.0mm.

However, unstable conditions are expected to persist across the island over the next few days, and light to heavy showers can be expected. As such, the BMS says a Flood Watch or Warning may be issued at short notice.
