A local mixologist has his eyes fixed on the regional and international arena.
Buzo Osteria Italiana Restaurant’s Barman Dwayne Williams carried off the top spot in the recently-held Mount Gay International Crafted Cocktail Competition.
It was the second time the barman has taken the top prize and he had high praise from Buzo Osteria Italiana and organisers Mount Gay Distillery.
The successful mixologist gave details of his winning composition.
