The Barbados Police Service is advising the public of traffic management arrangements which will be put in place to facilitate the We Gatherin’ Family, Feast, and Fun Day at Archer’s Bay.
From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, no parking will be allowed on the roadway from the Crab Hill Police Station, Grape Hall, Avis Town to Archers Bay, St. Lucy.
However, patrons will be able to park on the open pasture in the area leading to Archers Bay.
The public will enter Archers Bay from the St. Lucy Parish Church, Trents, and Friendship through the crossroads onto Avis Town.
Additionally, patrons can also enter from Checker Hall, Broomfield, Maycocks, Husbands, Content, Crab Hill, Grape Hall and Avis Town.
The public should also note that glass bottles will not be permitted in the venue.
Police personnel will be on hand to assist members of the public accordingly.
The Barbados Police Service (TBPS) apologises for the anticipated traffic flow disruptions and thanks the public for its cooperation.
