Barbados has shared before a high level forum on sargassum, the innovative strides made by the island as it confronts influxes of the seaweed.
The forum, the 2nd EU-Caribbean Global Gateway Conference, was held in Grenada.
Chief Fisheries Officer, Dr. Shelly-Ann Cox says compressed natural gas was derived from a mix of sargassum seaweed, water from the rum distillery and Black Belly sheep manure.
