Gaps still remain in the corporate ladder for women.
The observation came from Executive Director of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Misha Lobban Clarke as she addressed the third annual P.O.W.E.R Summit at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
However, she admitted change is coming, but it is not going to happen overnight.
