The Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners, BAMP, amid a spate of dengue fever cases, has linked its spread to climate change.
President Dr. Lynda Williams called attention to changes in weather patterns, noting the outbreak is Caribbean-wide.
Dr. Williams was a guest on CBC TV8’s Mornin’ Barbados.
With the return to the classrooms and the presence of COVID-19 and flu cases, Dr. Williams wants Barbadians to take more precautions.
