Independent Senator Andrew Mallalieu wants to see the business plan for the loan guarantee for the Kensington Oval redevelopment.
During his contribution in the Upper House, he asked where’s the writing that outlined how the monies would be repaid.
He also wonders why successive Governments did not do more to maintain the venue as the works outlined sound like a complete rebuild.
