The age at which Barbados’ population is developing non-communicable diseases is undergoing a paradigm shift.
The revelation came from Minister of Health and Wellness, Senator Dr. The Most Honourable Jerome Walcott at the launch of the Sagicor Cares Community Health Screening Programme.
He said there is a notable shift in the peak age range and the new health programme by Sagicor is a step in the right direction.
Sagicor’s Executive Vice President and General Manager, Paul Inniss says the Sagicor Cares Community Health Screening Programme comes at a time when health care is a critical concern.
