Residents protest development of fast food restaurant

Some residents in Six Roads and Four Roads, St. Philip are making their objection to a planned KFC in their neighbourhood public.

For the last two years they have been sending letters and signing petitions to highlight their opposition to the development, which they say was never discussed with them.

Wendy Burke spoke with one resident who says the noise, dust and vibrations from the work has her at her wits end now and she’s fearful of what other issues the fast food restaurant could bring.
