As the Queen Elizabeth Hospital celebrates its 60th anniversary, Chief Executive Officer Neil Clark is calling on staff to provide perfect service to patients.
Mr. Clark says as management seeks to streamline services and improve the physical plant, staff have a role to play in delivering high-quality service to patients that will take the healthcare facility to another level.
He was addressing a cake-cutting ceremony.
At the same time, Mr. Clark is encouraging the staff to reflect on the hospital’s legacy particularly former employees and patients who passed through the institution.
