A senior medical practicioner has revealed that breast cancer continues to be a key area of concern for officials at the QEH.
This from Consultant General and Breast Surgeon, and Lecturer in General Surgery at the UWI Cave Hill Campus, Dr. Dale Springer during an appearance on CBC TV8’s Mornin’ Barbados, where it was revealed that the QEH has received a substantial donation from an anonymous donor.
Dr. Springer says it is important for donations to be made to the Hospital.
He identified some of the equipment that the donation will help the QEH to acquire in its fight against breast cancer.
