The driver of a PSV vehicle seen in a viral video which caused significant public outcry, will be appearing in court tomorrow charged with a number of offences.
Following investigations by the Traffic Department, 42-year-old Corey Simmons of #60 Prior Park Terrace, St. James has been charged with Driving Other Than on the Left, Driving Without Due Care and Attention and Driving Without Reasonable Consideration For Other Persons Using the Road.
The accused is expected to appear in the District A Traffic Court.
