With renewed focus placed on eye health this World Sight Day, an optometrist wants Barbadians onboard in protecting the vision of the future generations.
Prashan Seepersad of Courts Optical is impressing on the importance of getting children’s eyes screened, noting infants should have their first eye examination between six and 12 months.
The theme for World Sight Day is “Children, Love Your Eyes”.
Marketing Officer of Courts Optical, Nadia Branker says the company is playing its part in promoting good eye health through the provision of eye examinations and more recently, evening clinics.
