The new Hilary school term opened this morning with what appeared to be a smooth entry for those who had a rough time last term.
The Luther Thorne Memorial Primary School in Wildey was a much changed and enhanced space.
Principal Linda Graham reported to CBC News that all went well and while there were a few late ones, class was in session and she says they are pleased with the improvements.
She added that additional resources have also been given.
The CBC cameras also visited the Mount Tabor Primary School in St. John where a number of new students joined from St. John Primary.
The little ones made their way through some showers but they are ready to start school on the new premises.
