President of the Senate, His Honour Reginald Farley has voiced his support for Public Sector Reform that would embrace having Permanent Secretaries declared as Deputy Ministers.
The matter was brought to the fore as a possible model for Barbados during the latest meeting of the Parliamentary Reform Commission held last night at the Lester Vaughan School.
The discussion focused on the Cabinet of Barbados: The Role of Ministers and their Relationship with Parliament.
Senator Farley reassured Barbados has systems in place to keep the Parliamentary Executive in line.
