The Barbados Police Service has identified the man who died at Eastbourne, St. Philip on September 1st.
He is Kyle Mario Roger Mayers, 27 years, of Rices, St. Philip.
He was identified by a family member at the funeral home where his body has been kept.
Myers was discovered slumped in the driver’s seat of a white Mazda motor car, at Castle Heights at its junction with Eastbourne Main Road, St. Philip. This was after reports that several loud gunshots were heard before a car travelling along the road ran off the carriageway, striking some shrubbery in front of a residence.
