Government is looking at a project to allow local communities to manage their own centres.
The plan is to use at least three community centres in a pilot phase.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley made the announcement while addressing the St. George Speaks event.
She says they’ve identified the centre at Sargeant’s Village, Christ Church which has been out of use for some time, the facility at Newbury, St. George, as well as one other.
