Partnership to maximise potential of entrepreneurs

In a bid to maximise the potential of the under-utilised capacity and innovative ideas of local entrepreneurs, Barbados is partnering with a UN agency.

It’s the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation or UNIDO.

Officials from that organisation and Export Barbados (BIDC) today toured the International Food Science Centre at Newton Industrial Park, Christ Church, to get a first hand look at some operators in the food manufacturing industry.
