Acting Superintendent of Police Anthony Warner is urging officers and prosecutors to work together as a single unit in achieving success during investigations.
Describing the climate in Barbados as “troubling times” given the nature of crime being committed on island, Mr. Warner says it has caused consternation among communities, Government and citizens.
He was speaking during the closing ceremony of this year’s Prosecutors Course and Enhanced Constables Development Course at the Regional Police Training Centre.
He also told the Constables to not fail in the face of adversity, but to remain empathetic and objective when doing their job, remembering duty to all involved and country.
