One Government Senator believes the time has come for all sporting disciplines here in Barbados to move to the professional level.
He also believes the National Insurance Scheme should recognise sports as a career.
Senator Gregory Nicholls made the call during his contribution in the Senate on the Green Paper on the National Sports Policy.
