The country’s youth will be the focus when the Parliamentary Reform Commission’s next town hall meeting comes off on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
During the town hall, set for 7:00 p.m. at the Queen’s Park Steel Shed, topics to be explored include how the youth can have a greater voice in national affairs and what Parliament should deliver to future generations of Barbadians.
Among the youth panellists for the town hall will be Barbadian Olympian Tia-Adana Belle, Lodge School student Nyangie Bradshaw, Youth Advocate Taahir Bulbulia, Youth Parliament member Daunté Harvey and Barbados Community College student Shaquani Hunte.
Members of the public are invited to come out and have their say at Queen’s Park on Thursday.
