New St. Andrew Post Office opens

St. Andrew residents now have a new post office.

It was officially opened this evening by Minister of Home Affairs Wilfred Abrahams, Senior Minister Dr. William Duguid and St. Andrew MP Dr. Romel Springer.

Minister Abrahams is hoping the facility will bring happiness to the residents after being without a post office for a while.

He says the new facility is a commitment to the people of the parish who have endured several moves and closures.

MP for the area Dr. Romel Springer says the new facility offers hope and more will come for the parish.
