The battle lines have been drawn and over 20 chefs and mixologists are ready to compete in this year’s Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association’s National Culinary Competition.
From the pool of three junior chefs, 11 senior chefs, four pastry chefs and six mixologists, four will be selected to compete at this year’s Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association’s Taste of the Caribbean Competition which comes off in November, in Miami, Florida.
