Executives from Export Barbados have earned a place in the global top 100 of Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) Export and International Trade Edition.
Chief Executive Officer Mark Hill and Chairman Adrian Padmore have made the list along with Influential Business People such as Chairman and President of Afrexim Bank Professor Benedict Oramah.
Mr. Hill tells CBC News he believes the recognition is the result of the south-south linkages put in place by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley.
He’s honoured to have been recognised.
