Though Government has introduced the Trident identification card, Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology, Davidson Ishmael says it is yet to roll out a digital ID system on island.
He explains that the new Trident ID card is part of Government’s modernisation process, that includes a digital ID system.
Mr. Ishmael was at the time contributing to debate on the Road Traffic Amendment Bill in Parliament.
