The organisers of the annual Prostate Cancer Run and Walk are promising an even bigger event next year.
The commitment from Walk Manager Michelle Straughn who was speaking on the sidelines of the event Sunday.
Walkers, runners and even some on roller skates all clad in blue, set off from the Garrison Savannah.
Ms. Straughn tells CBC News the aim is to continue promoting early detection of prostate cancer.
Cricketing Legend, Sir Gordon Greenidge is also calling on men to get tested.
