Man to appear in court on Murder charge

A Christ Church man is expected to appear in court today in connection with the death of Chad Roett.

He is Demario Griffith of Maxwell Hill, who was arrested and formally charged with Murder.

Roett of Proute, St. Thomas died at 4th Avenue Harts Gap, St. Michael following a shooting incident around 9:50 p.m. on June 5, 2024.

Griffith is to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court.

Also appearing in that court is 41-year-old Kelvin DaCosta Jones of Harrow Land, St. Philip.

He has been charged with Harbouring Wanted Man, Demario Griffith.
