Major changes are set for the island’s justice system.
This is according to Chief Justice Leslie Haynes as he delivered his speech to signal the opening of the 2024-2025 legal year at a special sitting of the Supreme Court.
This morning’s celebrations began with a church service at the Cathedral Church of St. Michael and all angels, followed by a march pass and salutes taken by the Chief Justice and Attorney General of Barbados Dale Marshall on the steps of the Supreme Court.
