If applicable, the local insurance association is willing to offer assistance to the fisherfolk whose vessels were affected by yesterday’s storm surge from Hurricane Beryl.
That’s the word from President of the General Insurance Association of Barbados, Randy Graham.
Reflecting on the passage of Hurricane Beryl on Monday, Mr. Graham notes early reports have not showed much structural damage across the island.
However, he says insurers will be processing claims over the coming days.
