Barbados’ Ambassador to CARICOM David Comissiong has explained why Africa-CARICOM Day is so important for the Caribbean and the African continent.
He made the comments as the Day, now in its fourth year, was marked with a flag raising ceremony at Government Headquarters on Bay Street.
