Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is optimistic of limitless opportunities with the deepening of partnerships between Africa and the Caribbean.
Among the areas identified, are renewable energy, education, sustainable agriculture and pharmaceutical access.
She has advised by harnessing the collective strengths and resources, citizens of the two regions stand to benefit.
Prime Minister Mottley was among the panel for a hybrid symposium on “Strengthening Cooperation Between African & Caribbean States: Facing the Challenges, Creating Solutions”.
It was organised by the PJ Patterson Institute for Africa-Caribbean Public Advocacy at the University of the West Indies.
