Education Minister, Kay McConney is responding to concerns about any significant increase in the price of healthier foods to be served to students under the new food and nutrition policy for schools.
Speaking to CBC News, she explains how the Ministry used the SUN Programme in the summer to help guide the new policy, ensuring healthy food is affordable.
She gave an example for what was a new macaroni pie recipe.
