The public is advised that the runway of the Grantley Adams International Airport is now open.
Passengers are encouraged to contact their airlines for any flight updates.
This morning, a small plane experienced challenges landing at the airport, and the runway was closed as a result.
No injuries were reported by the pilot or passengers on the plane.
Incoming flights were diverted to Trinidad and Tobago as officials sought to manage the situation.
However, the plane has been removed and normal operations have resumed.
The GAIA thanks the public for its patience and cooperation.
