Fontabelle Road to be resurfaced 

Fontabelle in The City is the next road to be resurfaced under the Ministry of Transport and Works’ Accelerated Mill and Pave Programme.

A C. O. Williams Construction Limited team will begin work on Wednesday, May 22 from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and continue nightly for about one week.

Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid delays.

However, local and emergency access will be granted where possible.

Road users should also exercise caution and obey instructions given by signage and flag persons while travelling through the construction zone.

Traffic from Cheapside Road will be directed right onto Redman Drive and left onto Lakes Folly. 

Additionally, traffic from the Mighty Grynner Highway will be diverted onto President Kennedy Drive or Prescod Boulevard.
