The Flash Flood Warning in effect for northern districts has been discontinued.
The Barbados Meteorological Services says heavy localised showers across the northern section of the island this afternoon have dissipated.
Rainfall accumulations of 2 to 3 inches were recorded over the past 3 hours.
The public is advised that there is a possibility of light top moderate showers affecting the island through the night, as unstable conditions are expected to persist.
