Newly appointed principal of the Frederick Smith Secondary School Major Lincoln Springer, is on a mission to enhance the experience for all.
Major Springer, who began his stint at The Trents, St. James institution, back in September.
To date, he says there’s been a positive response from parents, teachers and students.
Apart from utilising various forms of discipline, the veteran educator is looking to introduce new programmes to the curriculum from next term.
Major Springer also spoke about the facelift underway at the St. James school.
