The Employment Rights Tribunal (ERT) is in need of set rules and their absence remains the one regret of former Chairman, Retired Justice Christopher Blackman.
He was speaking at a discussion organised by the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados Inc. At Tapas.
It focused on the NUPW versus Roslyn Smith case, which the former chairman said throws up many lessons for HR practitioners.
