Efforts are continuing to bring relief to thousands of St. Peter residents affected by water outages due to a seven inch burst main.
Member of Parliament Colin Jordan is reporting that most of those affected have been serviced by tankers from the Barbados Water Authority.
However, the Parliamentary Representative is calling on BWA workers manning the tankers not to forget residents located off the main roads.
Meanwhile, BWA officials say work to repair the burst main located in a 35 foot gully between Rock Hall and Four Hill, St. Peter has been moving at a slow pace.
The BWA is advising that customers and businesses in Four Hill, Four Hill Development, French Village, Indian Ground, Diamond Corner, Boscobelle Terrace, and surrounding areas may continue to be impacted by low-pressure and water outages.
