A culinary succession plan is being put in place in Barbados.
This is the message from international award-winning chef and head of Cook Caribbean Incorporated, Adrian Cumberbatch.
He was speaking at the start of the second week of the sixth Summer Cooking Camp for children eight to sixteen years old.
