The Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Associations of Barbados has been paying tribute to former General Secretary of the National Union of Public Workers, Joseph Goddard.
Mr. Goddard, who gave 34 years of service to the NUPW, died on Wednesday.
CTUSAB General Secretary, Dennis De Peiza says the congress was saddened to learn of his passing.
