Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has called for concrete action to bring ordinary citizens on board in the fight for climate justice and other key global issues.
She was addressing the Closing Ceremony of the Summit of the Future Action Days at UN Headquarters in New York.
A key outcome of the summit is expected to be the pact for the future, which charts a path toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and responding to emerging challenges and opportunities.
But Prime Minister Mottley has warned without real action, it will become just another document in history.
The Prime Minister has chastised those countries she believes have not been doing their part to bring about meaningful change.
