Barbados Child Advocate, Faith Marshall-Harris has praised St. Kitts and Nevis for being more progressive than most Caribbean countries with the introduction of the Gang Prohibition and Prevention Act 2017

While lauding the CARICOM state, she says it was necessary now given the upsurge in the delinquent sub-culture in the region.
Ms Marshall-Harris, the country task force coordinator however raised her concern.
