Telecommunications provider, Digicel will have to apply for permission to keep its recently installed cell tower in Holders Hill, St. James.
This was revealed by Minister of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology, Marsha caddle.
Her comments come as residents of the area continue to express concern about the erection of the tower.
