With violence a pressing issue for the Caribbean and Latin America, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is calling for collaborative effort among the countries to tackle the vexing issue as well as others.
She made the call while speaking at the opening of the Sixteenth Ministerial Forum for Development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
