Businesses support vat-free days

The call for a vat-free day appears to have led to a slowdown in business activity.

This is the view of Immediate Past President of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Anthony Branker.

He tells the Business Report rumours circulating in the public that there will be a vat-free day has brought with it a wait-and-see attitude from the public.

Mr. Brancker says however businesses support the vat-free days.
