A warning that a Fair Trading Commission ruling could have an impact on the service delivered by the Barbados Light and Power Company Limited.
This was part of the presentation from attorneys for the company as the FTC considers the company’s request to review and vary its February decision.
Back then, the Commission had indicated it did not agree with some parts of the company’s application, and had ordered it to make a number of adjustments.
