The assertion from Minister in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Investment, Senator Chad Blackman, while addressing National Transfer Accounts Capacity Building Workshop at the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management today.
It comes against the background of the 2019 census indicating a decline in Barbados’ population.
