Bajan senior athletes return with 89 medals

38 Barbadian athletes are back home after another outstanding performance at the Huntsman World Senior Games in Utah.

The group which included four cyclists touched down at the Grantley Adams International Airport this week with a whopping 89 medals.

Manager and Athlete Cathy Harper Hall says it was an excellent team effort.

Additionally, Ainsley Lovell and Ms. Harper Hall were inducted into the Huntsman World Senior Games Hall of Fame.

Lovell captured 13 medals and Harper-hall four.

Among the top male athletes was Patrick Bourne.
